Why is my device not charging and how can I troubleshoot it?Updated 2 days ago

If your device is not charging or displaying any LED lights, please follow these troubleshooting steps first: 

  • Ensure that the charger is inserted correctly.
  • Try different wall sockets.
  • Charge the device using a different USB cable and adapter.

If the issue persist, please contact our Support Team and provide us with a short video to help us verify the defect:

  • Attach the device to a visibly working charger and capture a video showing the lack of charging LED indicators.
  • Disconnect the power source and attempt to turn on the device to demonstrate the issue in detail.
  • Only the device and its LED indicator should be visible in the video.
  • If the video file is too large for email, send a link for us to view it.
