My Keon is showing red and blue lights when I turn it on. What can I do?Updated 5 hours ago

Firstly we would recommend checking the to see if there is anything inside the guiding axles that might be mechanically blocking the mechanism from moving up and down.

Please DON'T disassemble the device.

Following this try to gently push the mechanism to move up and down a few times. We recommend to

insert the stroker normally inside the Keon and use the case the move the mechanism manually. 

If the issue persist, please contact our Support Team and provide us with a short video to help us verify the defect:

• Attach the device to a visibly working charger and charge it fully, until the LED lights blink green. 
• Disconnect the device from the power source and turn it on. Wait until the blue and red lights show up, to demonstrate the issue.
• Show the guiding axles in the video, to help us verify that there is nothing blocking the mechanism from the outside.
• If the video file is too large for email, send a link for us to view it.
• Please note that only the device and its LED indicator should be visible in the video.

With this we will be able to verify your eligibility for a warranty replacement and proceed further with the process.
